Assessment & Plan


HOW DOES A Brain Health Consultation WORK?

Pre-session

  • A Brain Health Questionnaire will be sent to you via email, this will be reviewed before your initial session.
  • I will also review your medical / therapy reports if you send them to me.

Initial Assessment (1.5 - 2Hrs)

  • We will complete a detailed interview about your brain health history.
  • I will complete a cognitive assessment.
  • I will provide you with initial recommendations so you can start your BetterBrain health straight away.
  • I will then write a report of our interview and assessment. I will create a draft BetterBrain plan for you.
  • Family or friends are welcome to join.

Follow up session (1Hr)

  • I will explain the details in your report
  • We will work together to finalise your BetterBrain plan.

HOW DOES A BETTER BRAIN SESSION WORK?

Questionnaire

Prior to our initial consultation I will email you a questionnaire for you to fill out.

Review of medical / therapy reports - if applicable

Interview

Once I receive your questionnaire we will conduct a detailed interview over video call.

Assessment & Analysis

Upon completion of our interview you will receive an analysis and cognitive assessment with recommendations and a personalised report.

I am a Specialist Neuro-Occupational Therapist and Yoga Therapist.
I have worked 1-2-1 with clients and their families for 17 years and I want to share my brain health knowledge with you.
 
I believe in the power of personalised brain health plans that are client centred and specific to your life circumstances.

I have expertise in science-based breathwork, movement and meditation to optimise your brain functions.

My aim is to improve your understanding of brain health.
