15 min call with Emer
Emer will outline the 8 week program and we can establish what your goals are.
You may want to consider an assessment of your brain health before starting the 8 week program if you are unsure of your symptom profile.
step two
Questionnaire
You will receive questionnaires via email. These will help you understand the various brain health areas that are impacting you .
step three
8-week program
This is delivered over videocall. We will cover a variety of evidence based Cognitive rehabilitation topics such as Attention and Memory. Emer has been delivering this 8-week program for over 10 years.
These sessions have been designed to be fun and interesting so you can master your own brain health.
You can also choose to learn brain healthy meditation, yoga or relaxation techniques as part of your 8-weeks.
You may want to extend your program beyond the 8-weeks and this is also possible.
